The ROVERALLS Ultimate Dog Onesie is perfect for dog owners who want to keep their dog and house clean. Designed by a dog owner and Toronto Humane Society “foster parent.”

George Brown College’s Fashion Exchange partnered with Toronto-based Roveralls Dog Apparel to refine its innovative weatherproof dog onesie.

Using Fashion Exchange’s design expertise and specialized equipment, the team developed an adjustable waterproof prototype with detachable boots, along with a CAD pattern and TechPack. After multiple fittings with Beatrix, an English Cocker Spaniel, the final design was ready to support sizing, manufacturing, and Roveralls’ next steps toward bringing the product to market.
