Women in Fashion Technology Students Tour The Great Canadian Sox Co.

Oct 8th, 2025

Students from the Women in Fashion Technology program recently had the opportunity to tour The Great Canadian Sox co, the manufacturer behind the renowned JB Fields brand.

Guided by Hitesh Sharma®,MBA the visit offered an in-depth look at the company’s circular knitting technology and the end-to-end process of producing high-quality socks — including specialized products made for the Canadian Military.

We extend our sincere thanks to Sunil Khimasia, President of The Great Canadian Sox Co., for welcoming our students to the Toronto facility at 25 Waterman Avenue and for sharing invaluable insights into Canadian textile manufacturing and innovation.
